Vredesontmoeting in park MEERLAND 19 september 2021
Ontmoeting en inspiratie; dat wordt beoogd bij de vredesontmoeting op 19 september 11.00 uur bij de vredescirkel aan het vredespad in park Meerland in de Eindhovense wijk Meerhoven. Platform LEV roept op om daar samen te komen voor gesprek, muziek, ritueel, wandeling, broodje en drankje, informatie, meditatie en ontmoeting rondom het thema “wat is vrede?”. Iedereen is welkom, iedereen kan meedoen. Het platform hoopt iedereen een blijvende herinnering mee te kunnen geven. Het hoofdprogramma duurt circa een uur. Met lunch en wandeling kan men echter ook een deel van de middag vullen. Modulair meedoen kan ook. Alles gratis en zonder opgave vooraf. Wel met in achtneming van dan geldende Corona voorzorg.
De vredescirkel Eindhoven is te vinden op google maps en goed bereikbaar per fiets. Een parkeerplaats ligt 150 meter noordelijker. Maar de praktijk leert dat het vinden van de vredescirkel ongeveer net zo moeilijk is als het vinden van vrede. Daarom: Vanaf de Hangar in winkelcentrum Terminal M, nabij parkeergarage en bushalte Meerrijk (lijn 401 en 20) vertrekt om 10.40 uur een groep wandelend (ook geschikt voor rolstoelen) naar de vredescirkel. Dan kan het niet missen. We hopen op goed weer.
Platform LEV (Levensbeschouwing en Vrede regio Eindhoven; Platform LEV – Stapjes naar Vrede) , werkt bij deze gebeurtenis nauw samen met de stichting vredesburo Eindhoven Vredesburo Eindhoven. In de vredesweek valt elk jaar op 21 september de internationale Dag van de Vrede zoals 40 jaar geleden werd uitgeroepen door de Verenigde Naties.
Peace Meeting in Park Meerland
Meeting and inspiring each other; that is the goal of the Peace Meeting on 19th September 11.00 am at “de vredescirkel (circle of peace)” on “het vredespad (path of peace)” in the park Meerland in the Eindhoven city part Meerhoven. Platform LEV invites you to meet for dialog, music, ritual, walking, something to eat, information, meditation and meeting around the question “what is peace?”. Everybody is welcome, everybody can join. Platform LEV hopes to give everybody a lasting memory. The main program takes about an hour. With lunch and walking the program can take also a part of the afternoon. Joining modular is also possible. Everybody is free to join, without subscription. Of course, you have to respect the ruling Corona guidelines.
You can find “vredescirkel Eindhoven” on google maps. It can be reached easy by bike. A parking lot is available at 150 meters. However experience shows locating the “vredescirkel” is rather hard, almost as hard as finding peace. From the “Hangar” in shopping Centre Terminal M, near parkinghouse and busstop Meerrijk (citybus 401 and 20) a walking group is leaving at 10.40 am to the “vredescirkel”. Then you cannot run astray. We hope for good weather.
